Sorouh to participate in the Abu Dhabi Real Estate & Investment Show 2008

Sorouh Real Estate, one of the UAE's leading real estate developers, announced today its participation in the fourth annual Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show - IREIS 2008. The event will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from January 30th to February 2nd. Under the patronage of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the event will showcase real estate projects across a variety of property markets, both in the capital and around the region. 'Abu Dhabi is fast becoming one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the region, with the construction boom set to continue over the next 15 years. Events such as IREIS give the capital an opportunity to highlight the strong sustainable growth that has made Abu Dhabi one of the most sought-after investment destinations on an international scale', said Masood Al Awar, Executive Director of Sales & Marketing for Sorouh Real Estate. Sorouh will be displaying three models on its stand showcasing major projects, most prominent of which is 'Shams Abu Dhabi', Sorouh's prestigious AED 25 billion landmark development located on Al Reem Island; 'The Gate District' on Shams Abu Dhabi, an AED 11 billion residential, office and retail development; and 'Al Ghadeer', a 3 million square meter development located on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
