Sourouh Real Estate short-listed six contractors for Saraya project

Sourouh Real Estate, the Abu-Dhabi based developer has short-listed six companies to bid for the infrastructure package of Saraya project, worth Dh.3.5 billion, located at the Abu Dhabi Corniche Road. The six contractors chosen to submit tenders in this infrastructure development include: Orascom Contracting Industries-Fujairah, Al Geemi and Partners Contracting Company WLL, Copri Construction Enterprises Est, Mohammad Abdul Mohsin Al Kharafi and Sons, Saif Bin Darwish, Al Jaber Transport & General Contracting Est. The project comprises twenty eight high-rise and mid-rise commercial and residential towers that are ten to forty storeys in height, and a hotel with serviced apartments. The development is spread over a huge waterside site and covers 125,000 square meters. The development is believed to enhance the visual appeal of the corniche and improve the view of the city. The development was master planned by PTW Architects of Australia.
