Pearl Availability
The Ajman Pearl Project
proved to be extremely popular resulting in all the 1 B/R’s, all the 2 B/R (
1,280 sq ft ) being Sold Out in record time. This was due to the location of
the Project ( near to The Creek ) the design of the Apartments and the easy
6 year interest free payment plan.
At the time of launch the Developer rate was Dhs 425.00 per sq ft. The
Developer soon corrected the prices and adjusted the rates to Dhs 550.00 per
sq ft to fit into current market conditions and because of the huge demand.
We have a selection of the ‘larger’ 2 B/R ( 1,312 sq ft ) and 3 B/R’s (
1,659 sq ft ) available at the current developer rate of Dhs 550.00 per sq
ft.
However, we also have a small selection of ‘re-sale’ apartments as below.
Basically these properties are available at prices lower than the current
developer rates i.e. less than Dhs 550.00 per sq ft.
Furthermore, these apartments are in fact Sold Out from the developer so are
not available any way, and will be a very good investment right off having
been sold out and gone up in price already at the time of purchase !
With a re-sale apartment the initial payment will be higher but once done it
resorts to the original 6 year interested free payment plan.
The below 1 B/R's were the first to sell out. A very nice floor plan & good
