The Boulevard Master Plan
Basically, the boulevard consists of 14 residential and commercial towers Zones A,B,C , a five star hotel , and a mall zone D which is the central Zone , see figure bellow.


Zone A (Phase One)
Phase one of the project ,will be the completion of Zone A -see figure(2)-, and the completion date will be the 2 nd quarter of 2007, which is in detail an office Building A1 , and mixed use buildings A2,A3,A4, A5 and A6. The total built up area for Zone A is 137,361.2 Sq.m 1,478,542.2 Sq.ft , See bellow.
