The maximum allowed height is G+10. Building less than this height is allowed to whom who requires
The back-off distance is 3 meter from all sides except the front side (on the road) which doesn’t require any back-off.
Building and operating shops in the residential and commercial plots is allowed, as well as offices and residential apartments.
Regarding the residential plots, residential apartments is the only allowed activity.
For car parking, it is mandatory to offer car parking to the residents of the floors 4th to 10th of a building, where a parking should be offered to each apartment. The first 3 floors are excluded from that. For example if we have a G+10 building which have 30 apartments from the 4th floor to the 10 floor, there should be 30 reserved parking places for them.
Parking floors are not considered part of the floor counting, in other words, a G+10 building which has 2 parking floors is actually G+12.
There is no drainage system in Ajman, thus there is no one in Al Ameera village.
Reselling apartments is not allowed.
