Naeymiyah Towers is the first freehold
residential development in the
city of Ajman. It will contain 15 freehold residential
apartment buildings, each 70 meters
(230 feet)
tall and with 16-storeys. Each storey
will contain 4 apartments with 1,
2, or 3 bedrooms from 794 to 2,366 square feet.
Each apartment will contain two balconies, a
maid's room and en-suite bathrooms.
Al
Naeymiyah Towers are being built in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of
7 towers and will be completed by November 2005, while phase 2 will
comprise of the remaining 8 towers and is set to be completed by August
2006. The initial price for a large two-bedroom apartment was AED
282,000 (US$ 77,000), while a three-bedroom flat opened at AED 369,000
($US 100,100).
Amenities at Al Naeymiyah Towers include
central air-conditioning, ceramic tiles, 24-hour maintenance
and security, and three high-speed elevators. The towers will
be easily seen across Ajman's skyline and they will be built
in the Al Naeemiyah area of Ajman, in close vicinity to a number
of schools and the GMC Hospital.
The Pearl Residence
Three towers from Al Naeymiyah Towers phase 2 were purchased
by Star Giga Establishment Ltd. These towers were renamed
The Pearl Residence and are set to be completed by October
2006.
