Dubai Pearl is a mixed-use development being built over an area of 10 million square feet (929 thousand square meters). It will contain residential, hotel, theater, retail and office developments linked together and built on a circular 4-storey podium of approximately 500 meter diameter.

Dubai Pearl Residences
Dubai Pearl will contain 6 freehold residential towers with 2,000 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. These towers include Mahara Tower Residence (52-storey), Luluwa Tower Residence, and Jumana Tower Residence.

Dubai Pearl Hotel Towers
Dubai Pearl will contain 3 luxury hotel towers with a total of 1,500 rooms. Of the three business hotels, 2 will be four-star hotels and the third will be a 720-room five-star hotel managed by the Swiss Mövenpick Group.

In addition to the residential and hotel towers, Dubai Pearl will also include 2 office towers covering 2 million square feet across 45 levels, 1.2 million square feet of retail space (Dubai Pearl Mall), 700 thousand square feet of display area for the latest technology (Technospace), a 1.8 thousand seat performing arts venue (Royal Hall), and a 250 meter long (100 thousand square feet) boulevard dedicated for artists and art exhibitions (Art Galleria).

Dubai Pearl's amenities will include free zone benefits, six-storey reserved covered parking spaces, 24-hour security, sports facilities, spa and gym and many more benefits that ensure a luxurious lifestyle.

This AED 4.77 billion (US$ 1.3 billion) project will be located in the Dubai Technology, Electronic Commerce and Media Free Zone (TECOM), between the Dubai Media City and the Knowledge Village. It will connect the two main coastal roads that lead to the entrance of the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
