was launched on monday in dubai, with plans to invest $1bn in
residential and commercial projects over the next year. the company,
which has affiliates in pakistan and turkey, has already bought land in
dubai and invested in a $4bn mixed-use development in the northern
emirate of ajman in partnership with south korean property developer
dseco.
