Al Mazaya to build 600 villas in Dubailand

Al Mazaya Holding plans to develop 600 villas in Dubailand as part of 'The Villa' development, reported Gulf News. The project is expected to cost Dhs1bn ($272m). The Villa is master-planned by Dubai Properties. The main developer had completed the infrastructure works for the project and handed over the plots for Al Mazaya, which invited contractors to bid for the constructional works.
