Dubai land deals reach AED1.62bn

The total value of land transactions in Dubai reached AED1.62bn, of which sales exceeded AED6bn. The total value of mortgages was AED.40m, reported Gulf News. Twenty-eight sale transactions were registered, the most valuable being a plot in Al Hamriya that sold for AED350m.
