Dubai Police fines enquiry service popular among Etisalat customers |

DUBAI — Since its launch three months ago,
over 300,000 Etisalat customers have utilised the Dubai Police fines
enquiry service available on their mobile phones.

Al Haddad, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat said, “Our Mobile Commerce
solutions have proven popular and are enabling customers to conduct a
number of transactions from the convenience of their mobile phones.
Over 300,000 customers have used their mobile phones to access the
Dubai Police service alone, and we are happy to empower our customers
with mobile phone services that are capable of more than just basic
telephony.”

has pioneered a number of services and facilities under its M-commerce
suite, and we have brought to our customers the unmatched facility to

service, without the need for making a call. This service can be used
by anybody from anywhere in the country utilising their standard phone
sets without the need for any additional subscription. The service will
be soon enhanced to enable mobile payment of fines.”
