Dubai to Put Properties on Show at Crocus City |

the international property show moscow 2008, a high-profile exhibition
aimed at showcasing dubai real estate, is set to run at the crocus expo
from nov. 12 to 15.
"the high potential of russian-based
investors to make large-scale investments into the booming dubai real
estate market has prompted us to bring the 'international property
show' to their market," dawood al shezawi, the managing director of
strategic marketing and exhibitions, the company organizing the
conference, said in a statement, the business intelligence middle east
news service reported.
"we're expecting a considerable amount
of properties to be sold during the events run and looking forward to
providing a platform where participants can establish strong personal
relationships with worldwide players in the property and investment
markets," he said.
organizers expect the event to attract over
100 exhibitors and more than 15,000 trade visitors. in addition to
featuring commercial and residential real estate projects from the
united arab emirates and other countries, the exhibition will also host
providers of personalized services related to the real estate sector.

preliminary list of exhibitors includes real estate investment
consultants zarooni dynasty, the first group, a major regional
developer specializing in emerging property markets, and damac
properties, one of the largest property developers in the middle east,
the exhibition's web site said.
russian investors are expected
to pump over $1.5 billion into the country's property market in 2008,
the news service reported.
