Emaar wins contract to build Saudi city

Emaar Economic City, a Saudi unit of Dubai's Emaar Properties, has signed a deal with Freyssinet Saudi Arabia to build a business park at King Abdullah Economic City, reported Bloomberg. Freyssinet will build the first stage of the business park, which includes five office buildings, by the end of the year at a cost of 348 million riyals ($92.8m), accordint to a company statement.
