l Duaa unveils $65m Jumeirah Village project

Property development and real estate investment company Al Duaa Holdings and A&A Investments yesterday launched their Dhs240m ($65m) residential project The Residences in Jumeirah Village. The Residences is a 10-storey project spread over 277,929 square feet. It comprises 146 units including 23 studios, 95 one-bedroom apartments, 21 two-bedroom apartments and seven lofts.
