Prices in Emirates City will rise up (expecting in the next 4 months)

As mentioned in the massage below the Emirates Road will be widening from three lanes to six lanes and all roundabouts will be converted into bridges (Completion By June 2008). Some people said this is normal information but the thing is that "This is not normal".

People expecting that prices will raise 20 or 30 Dirham more than the current price/sqft in the next few months but I except that prices "will increase 100 to 150 Dirham" because the current prices in Emirates City is reasonably low.

The Road and Transport Authority (RTA)is is currently engaged in widening of Emirates Road project from three lanes to six lanes in each direction. Engineer Maitha bin Udai, CEO of Traffic and Roads Agency, said Emirates Road is one of the busiest roads in the region and the project aims at improving the traffic flow and increase the traffic volumes in this vital road. It will have six lanes for 32 km starting from the border of Dubai-Sharjah. Moreover, additional lanes will be provided in seven of the existing interchanges in Emirates Road, and will therefore help in easing congestion in the entry and exit points of these roads.
