Residential City phase 2 sold out

Phase two of Dubai World Central's Residential City has sold out for Dhs6bn. There are 255 plots in the mid-priced city, and all were sold by invitation. Construction of the city, which is close to the new Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Logistics City, begins this month. Residential City will house around 53,000 people and have 18,000 units. Another three phases will be launched over the coming three years.
