Star Metro Deira, the recently opened luxury hotel apartments from
StarHospitality, has received a ‘Deluxe’ classification from the
Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Dubai. Star Metro
Deira is the only deluxe classified hotel apartment in its
neighbourhood. It is located on Salahuddin Road, Deira – the heart of
the main shopping district of Dubai.
Star Metro Deira consists of studio and one bedroom
apartments fitted with state of the art digital equipment and
furnishings. The amenities also include a hi-tech fitness facility, a
temperature controlled swimming pool, a gourmet restaurant, a Barista
Espresso café, an executive floor and meeting rooms.
Commenting on the recognition from DTCM, Mr. Peter
Janssen, Group General Manager, StarHospitality, said: “The Deluxe
classification takes Star Metro Deira to a new league. We will set a
new benchmark in luxury and comfort for serviced apartments.”
Star Metro Deira is available for short term and long term rentals.
Star Metro Deira consists of 94 studios and 74 one
bedroom apartments with a facility to convert to two bedroom
apartments. Each of the rooms is equipped with a deluxe bath and toilet
amenities, fully equipped kitchenette, twin hob microwave and a large
refrigerator, a high definition LCD television, a working desk and
chair with high speed internet access, two line speaker phone,
luxurious duvet, washing machine, dryer, crockery and cutlery and an in
room electronic safe. The personalized hospitality of the StarMetro
offers a cosmopolitan experience with ambiance of a private home.
