The Palm Jumeirah has become a huge success story since the project was
unveiled to the world by Nakheel back in 2001. Back then the real
estate situation we have now did not exist, and it was arguably the Palm Jumeirah that kicked everything off in a big way! But why has the project been such a success?
Well to start with, this is a self contained luxury freehold
project, with everything you need all located on the island! There are
a whole host of hotels and entertainment resorts set to open in the
next few years as everything nears full completion, and even a mono
rail providing fast access to the mainland! And of course the fact that
some famous England footballers and other celebrities have purchased
here has further increased the freehold developments image of
exclusivity! So what exactly is all the fuss about?

apartments, of which there are a number of sub categories. For example,

options including Golden Mile apartments and Shoreline apartments.
Originally all these homes should have provided options for a wide
range of budgets, but such has been the popularity of the resort, that
most property on the Palm Jumeirah is now some of the most expensive in
Dubai! The most expensive of which on the island are the Signature
Villas. Here you get large villas that all come with differing fixtures
and fittings, and have their own large private garden and even a
private stretch of beach! For those of you wanting a villa, but not at
the price that Signature Villas now change hands for, there are also
Garden Homes, which still offer a private garden and large villas, but
at a reduced cost.
And apartment options here are also numerous. Ranging from one
bedroom, up to four, and also with the option of penthouse apartments,
most offer great sea views. The Golden Mile and Shoreline apartments
also have the added bonus of being located in close proximity to the
islands wide range of shops and restaurants! Living here has proven so
popular in fact that developer Nakheel has now begun to build two more
Palm islands, The Palm Jebel Ali and The Palm Deira.
The Palm Jumeirah really is a great place to live therefore, and its
