UAE an exemplary hub for property developers

ABU DHABI - International Property Investment Network (IPIN) said on its website that the UAE is an exemplary hub for property buying, adding that the UAE economy enjoys investment merits.

The IPIN, which provides analysis and reports about the markets and property investments worldwide, referred to a report released by Barclays Bank that over 100, 000 British bought real estates in emirate of Dubai since 2002.

It added that the UAE real estate sector prospers despite financial difficulties worldwide. The increasing number of visitors to the UAE and surging tourism revenues constitute two major factors for wooing foreign investment to the UAE.
