The Palm, Jumeirah Dubai- Live beyond dreams!
The Palm Jumeirah,
located off the coast of Jumeirah, is Dubai’s most prestigious
residential, leisure and tourism hub. The man-made island shaped like
the palm tree is an engineering accomplishment. As the projects are
being delivered and people have started living there, an elusive dream
has turned into a charming reality.
The Palm Jumeirah
provides luxury residences, unprecedented retail facilities and
exceptional leisure amenities across three main areas of the island –
the trunk, crescent and fronds. The delivery of the several residential
properties has already taken place. Attracting buyers from across the
world, the first residents moved into the 4,000 villas and apartments
completed as part of the first phase of the project at the end of 2006.
There
is much eager anticipation for the delivery of the second phase of
properties as the construction is complete. The project is still
ongoing and the island will emerge as one of world’s most exclusive
resort in next few years to come. It will offer more than 30 beachfront
hotels as well as an array of retail and leisure selections.
The 17 fronds which form the head of The Palm Jumeirah
will be home to some of the most luxurious villas in the world each
with its own beachfront. It will create the main residential area of
The Palm. With an upscale mix of residences, retail, hotels and
leisure, the trunk is the focal point of The Palm Jumeirah.
Shoreline Apartments, Garden Home, Signature Villas and Canal Cove Town
Houses are ready for possession offering a range of standard and luxury
apartments, penthouses and town homes in waterfront buildings.
There
are 32 hotels, monorail, water theme park and the Trump International
hotel & residence tower that are still under construction at The
Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Jumeirah, the most innovative
and ambitious project is beyond doubt an inimitable development. When
complete, this iconic project will enhance Dubai’s stature to an
internationally recognized tourism and business destination.
