the entire building is arranged to mixmize the open view towards the central waterway and the south-side office space is also maximized. the main entrance is located on the front road for the convenience of pedestrians, and the front side is designed to provide a resting place. the side gates are adjacent to the parking lot for a smooth trafic line

facing towards the south with views of the central waterway, the space between the sports one business tower and the central waterway is allocated for retail units that has the building permission for g+1 development baring in mind that our first floor is technically is the sixth floor above the ground because the building is designed as 1b + g+ 4p+ 25 floors.

 the first phase of dubai sports city, which will include the golf course, sports academies, and other facilities as well as the opening phase of the victory heights residential community will be completed by the end of 2007 with entire development set for completion by 2010
