Dubai Media City

KV was set up to develop Dubai into a destination for education for both regional and international learners. Dubai Knowledge Village provides the infrastructure for developing, sharing and applying knowledge. In addition, Dubai Knowledge Village has expanded to include the mega-campus Dubai Knowledge Universities, the first stage of which will be completed in 2006.

River Walk

A Venetian-styled development in the heart of TECOM, RiverWalk offers a car-free environment that covers more than 1.6 million square feet of land and will include more than 5 million square feet of flowing waterways, residential apartments, inspiring offices, boutique shops, galleries, cafes and an international business hotel. RiverWalk will be one of the most enjoyable live-work communities in Dubai.

The entire RiverWalk project will consist of three phases of development. Riverwalk will provide a pleasant promenade and relaxing arena for the offices and residences located in TECOM, offering a waterfront lifestyle amidst the concrete jungle.

Location

TECOM is located off Sheikh Zayed Road, next to Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Burj Dubai district.
