Green Technology
Verde, like a classic Green Building, utilizes renewable resources,
through solar hot water, photovoltaic cells, a grey water system, and
an efficient glass façade with integral shading devices to achieve not

practices and sustainable systems to reduce electricity usage and
carbon emissions, which is equivalent to planting over 300,000 trees or
